Information you will need to include:

• Your full name and address

• Your contact numbers (landline and/or mobile)

• The full name and address where the order is to be delivered, if different from the ordering address

• The delivery contact number (in case of delivery problems), if different from the ordering contact number

• Which CD you wish to purchase and the quantity you would like

• If you wish to use our gift service

• If you do, we also need to know:
  a) Whether the recipient is male or female
  b) Whether it is being given as Birthday, Anniversary, Christmas or general present
  c) Your personal message (maximum 100 characters, including spaces)
